Antigua and Barbuda Government Ministers Enrichment Plan: Real Estate, WIOC, Climate Change, and Liquefied Natural Gas

Pay attention to ALP's all-inclusive corruption related to the 350-acre Corbkinnons Development Project (CDP), along with other companies of former ALP prime minister Lester Bird, assigned to ALP MP Asot Michael, and to the ALP winning the Antigua and Barbuda election on June 12, 2014, after ten years in opposition. 

Gaston Browne became prime minister, and nothing changed. Michael was still in control of Bird's companies.

Consequently, the highly publicized Browne-Michael fallout brought about the expected changes to Michael's portfolio of corrupt companies, now entrusted to Charles Fernandez, with a high-level ALP benefactor as the straw boss. 

Bird companies emerged from the shadows to continue the old shenanigans of unjust enrichment by a new gang of Browne's ALP Politicians In Government (PIGS) and swindling cronies, which only several Commissions of Inquiry (COI) can reveal, since ALP manipulation of public investigations is well known!

Browne, who was once critical of Bird family nepotism, now laments about the greed of the Hadeed Group of Companies (HGC) and the individual ALP benefactor to a trustworthy confidante: "Dem want ebreyting," is the same as Browne lining up, as the locals say," fu he bax han," and made clear in a viral video that the accuser wants everything:

Plots in this gated community are selling for US$7.5 million. Separately, another property, a house/villa on 0.54 acres, is on the market for US$5.8 million and was viewed 2298 times. 

This property, Ocean Grande Estate House, Dickenson Bay, Antigua, is associated with Norman Wexelman, advertised by mansionglobal.com, linked to search.savills.com, and approved by the Citizen by Investment Unit (CIU) under the four-decades-old company Corbkinns Limited.

There is a connection between Ocean Grand, Grand Estate, and Stuart Wexelman, a developer and real estate agent with the Palm Beach office of Waterfront Properties and Club Communities. 

Both brothers, Stuart and Howard Wexelman, are developers and builders of ultra-rich family homes operating under the Grand State Building and Design in Boca Raton, Florida. Wexelman is one of the few nominee shareholders in the fraudulent CDP. This robbery of the people's inheritance and the giving away of billions in a concession to robber barons must end. But a bounty for Wexelman, his descendants, and political associates. All must repay these corrupt transactions and the stolen estate of our forefathers. Do not allow a repeat of this bad treatment of the people of Barbuda!

Similar to what came to pass in Florida to the Tequesta Native Americans when dynamite and dredging were the tools chosen to drain the Everglades:

Look at the destruction at Corbokinnons under the guise of development. Is this what Barbuda will look like?

These are looming issues the citizenry campaigned against: Browne's environmental terrorism, particularly the ecological damage caused by PLH, YIDA, and most recently Barnacle Pointe, and the ALP administration's giveaway of thousands of acres of the people's land.

So the notoriously infamous Sanders's observation of climate change is deceptive propaganda and the worst kind of hogwash; wishing to anoint Browne as the environmental savior is evil, disdainful, and sinful, and continues to preach the politics of insincerity. Worse, the ALP government's human-made disasters on marine life, the dumping of effluent and wastewater by cruise lines, dredging, sand mining, and pollutants in the water table.

Traditionally, ALP's awful sand mining damaged Barbuda. Together with PLH's environmental transgression, it is destroying Barbuda's coral reefs and the country's ecosystem.

Also, decades of the ALP government's ecological damage to the Greencastle Hill and the Bendals community. The devastation of the Mackinnons area for Public Private Partnership implicating the ALP government, Antigua Aggregates, and Devcon, the demolition of the NEMA by YIDA, and the reckless dredging.

Still, Sanders aimlessly continued propagating the ALP's falsehood about interest in Climate Change. 

ALP indifference is apparent, so F-DAT! Sanders continued with mindless essays instead of condemning the devastation of Barbuda's pristine environment, ALP, and PLH's violation of the Ramsar Treaty. Both Sanders and Browne saw no evil! The citizenry did not hear a word calling out either the PLH or YIDA, but defensively created an Apartheid clique of laws, attempting to take away the land that belonged to local people and assigning it to the new settlers of billionaires.

This neo-colonial practice makes Barbuda a nation of refugees, similar to what occurred in Palestine following the Balfour Declaration of 1917.

Consequently, whatever progress Browne and PLH investors contemplate will be unsuccessful. Also, buyers of multimillion-dollar properties are involved in malicious deals that leave the nation's treasury dry and impoverished by these corrupt practices.

These malpractices were outlined more than two decades ago in the IMF Finance & Development quarterly magazine, June 2002, Volume 39, Number 2:

"...debt incurred by rulers who borrowed without the people's consent and used the funds either to repress the people or for personal gain. A new approach is warranted to prevent dictators from running up debts, looting their countries, and passing on their debts to the population."

Is this what we want for the twin-island state to displace the indigenous people of communal land?

All for the sake of money in the politicians' pockets, the corrupt deals with YIDA and PLH, CIP, and investment rip-off, concessions, and wage restraint put people's livelihoods at a disadvantage. The ALP is heartless and cares nothing about the people, so for Sanders to be declaring otherwise is a damn lie concerning Browne's noble heart and sincerity as chair in representing the 39-member Alliance of Small Island States (AOSIS), asserting the speech writer's message to world leaders at COP27:

"We don't want to be climate refugees in anybody's country. We want to maintain our civilizations that have existed for hundreds of years."

So why should Barbudans be refugees in their country?

Browne never added anything new to previous discussions on climate change, but emphasized the ALP's divisive agenda and openly usurped the role of Aubrey Alfonso Webson as the actual Chair of the AOSIS to boost his profile. No prime minister has ever chaired AOSIS. Still, Browne's action suggests he has a divine right.

The agitation and policy have been continuous since the advent of AOSIS in 1990. According to Wikipedia," At the UN Climate Change Conference in Berlin in 1995, AOSIS advocated very strongly for a commitment to timetables and target measures for climate change. It gained the support of developed nations, including China, Brazil, and India. AOSIS has advocated since 2008 for including a temperature target to restrain global warming to 1.5 °C above pre-industrial levels."

None of the blame can rest on a few major polluters; responsibility lies with the governments of Antigua and Barbuda and other CARICOM countries. The governments must curtail CO2 emissions by growing most of what we eat, prohibiting mega cruise lines that pollute our oceans with wastewater and effluent, investing in solar power, and promoting a better-organized public transport system.

Also, the robber barons of electricity generation and government ministers linked to the Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) plant and Corbokinnon's renewed scheme continued to exploit and destroy the environment.

The PLH started this LNG operation in Barbuda in alliance with Eagle LNG Partners Jacksonville, then formed a consortium to hide the real owners from the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (USSEC) and to secure the support of the ALP government ministers controlling the Tenders Board; the success of the tender would be obvious.

In close partnership, APUA issued a tender for the supply of 25 to 40 MW of power soon after Antigua Power Company (APC), a HGC subsidiary, won the bid. Hence, the government's selective outcome of the winner was obvious. Today, Browne is the sales representative of the LNG syndicate.

Besides the winner of the LNG Tender, who were the losers?

Now, Melford Nicholas espouses that the LNG asset coincides with the ALP government, but that's not so. That is a lie, based on Nicholas's bullshit pronouncement about ALP strategic development :

"...based on our strategic development goals and the commitments that we have made, we certainly saw the need to move towards a cleaner base (?place) of producing energy. So a tender document was put forward, and the local company APC, along with its partner Eagle Engineering, won that tender, and of course, we are here today as a result of the investment..."

That idea originated from PLH in 2006 and was announced 15 years later: "The gas-to-power project was announced in 2021 as a joint venture between US-based Eagle LNG and Antigua Power Company Ltd."

It was officially announced by pm Gaston Browne on July 27, 2021, about the LNG arrangement involving APCL, Eagle, and APUA.

APUA is involved in all APCL arrangements to ensure an endless flow of funds into the bandits' and political associates' coffers. These arrangements follow the ALP playbook to keep local people enriching the twin wickedness of greed and corruption.

Before Antigua Power Company Ltd (APCL) became a reality, PLH imported 44 shipments, so it is the company directing our nation's energy policy!

During UPP's tenure in office from 2004 to 2014, the undermining and sabotage of the Wadadli Power Plant was in progress, supported by an evil ALP opposition and saboteurs to deny people the right to power independence!

Government ministers linked to LNG operations and fueling of cruiseliners' contracts is an abuse of power and the underlying reason for that investment. An earlier indication of a power-sharing agreement and LNG between the government and a private entity came from prime minister Gaston Browne:

"It will be used to generate electricity under a power-sharing agreement and will improve the reliability of the electricity supply."

The public must demand that the United Progressive Party (UPP) thoroughly investigate this electricity shenanigan and many other corrupt deals by bringing in renowned investigators suitably qualified in the relevant profession to examine the operations of WIOC, the contractual arrangements of electricity generation providers, tax leakage, concessions, and land rip-off!
